The Spirit of Food
We are excited to announce the publication of The Spirit of Food: 34 Writers on Feasting and Fasting toward God, a wonderful collection of essays on food and spirituality, that includes an essay by Margaret about Rosh Hashana on the farm and baking challah with the girls. It also includes Margaret’s challah recipe, which was recently tried (with great success!) and written about by Kay Heritage of the blog The Church Cook.
